If you are processing the application from the UK, it normally takes 8 weeks. 

If you are applying for the UK partner visa from outside the country, it may take 3 months. Some countries provide priority services as well. 

The cost involves the standard UK spouse visa fee, biometric enrolment fee, and Immigration Health Surcharge. The total cost amounts to £2,612.20 as of 14th May 2021. Latest information could be available on Home Office website.

If you are applying from outside the UK, the total cost amounts to £3,968. It involves the standard visa cost, the settlement priority service (if available), and the Immigration Health Surcharge.

You need to submit an FLR(M) form and submit scanned copies of your supporting documents. You would also need to visit an approved Biometric Enrolment centre.
